KEN NEELD | PRESIDENT & CEO
Ken Neeld brings more than 30 years of engineering and management experience to the company. He began his career in engineering at Hughes and Raytheon where he designed embedded software and hardware products for advanced ground-based radar and display systems. After a successful 12-year career in aerospace electronics engineering, Ken founded Delphi Display Systems where he applied his broad range of experience as a seasoned engineer and manager to build the company into the leading manufacturer of ruggedized outdoor display systems.
Neeld has hands-on experience with all aspects of product development including system design, hardware, and software development and holds multiple U.S. Patents in the areas of high-performance parallel computing and signal processing. He earned Bachelor and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from California State University and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, Summa Cum Laude.
DAVID SKINNER | SVP, GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
David is senior vice president of global business development and is responsible for company’s international business growth initiatives. Mr. Skinner’s business development experience coupled with his deep knowledge of international markets, give him strong credentials to expand the company’s global footprint through the development of existing and new strategic partnerships.
David has over 25 years of international experience dealing in silicon wafer, LCD, and Recording Media manufacturing with both public and private companies. His experience extends across capital equipment, component products, and services. Since 2006 Mr. Skinner has utilized his expertise, consulting for global companies as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. Developing and implementing sales and logistics strategies while assisting with their management and growth strategies. Mr. Skinner was educated in Business and Logistics at UCLA and completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He serves in various capacities with several universities and enjoys mentoring executive MBA students.
DOUG GORDON | CONTROLLER
Doug Gordon is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and financial systems. He has over 25 years of experience with manufacturing, transportation, engineering and financial services companies.
Prior to joining Delphi, Doug held controller positions with Wespac Energy Group, Pacific Asset Funding and SCFuels. Doug is a CPA and earned his undergraduate in Accounting from California Lutheran College and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
